Have you ever heard of P90X? Yea, you know what I am talking about. The workout that makes you sweat so much that you have no choice but to lose weight. What about the workout Insanity? If you have done that workout before, it will separate the boys from the men.

I am a huge workout guy. I have done it all. I have tried the workout supplements, P90X, Insanity, and even all three at the same time. Yes, it sounds crazy, and it was, but the results I got were ridiculous. I started it all my 9th grade year of high school. I was the kid who got made fun of because of his weight. I was 15 years old, 5’6”, and over 200 lbs. I was the one who wanted to make the varsity football and baseball team, but just wasn’t fast enough or strong enough to cut it.
I started off my 9th grade year with just supplements and used free weights. My arms got huge. There was a rumor going around my school that I was on steroids because my arms got so big, but I can assure you I wasn’t. I wasn’t satisfied with my results because even though my arms were getting bigger, my waistline was too. I then switched to P90X. I did this program for 6 weeks, and lost 25 lbs. My abs were now somewhat visible, and I started varsity for both football and baseball, but my abs were not fully formed yet.
I realized that I didn’t fallow the workout exactly. I was doing the workouts every day like I was supposed to, but I never opened up that nutrition book to see what I needed to eat out of it.
I then bought the Insanity workout, and followed that program to-a-tee. I read the nutrition book, I watched every video once before I worked out so that I would not be lost and have my form completely correct. I was dedicated to getting my body in the best shape of my life. I ended up losing 10 lbs in the first 10 days of the workout. This is amazing. I took in almost 3000 calories a day, 2,864 to be exact, and still lost a lbs a day.

These workouts know what they are talking about. They help save lives. According to the video, this woman had a possibility of having diabetes, but thanks to P90X, she won’t get it now. I also saw a video where a man was diagnosed with diabetes, and was possibly going to die from his disease, but after participating in P90X, he was able to play with his grandchildren again.
The experts at dietspotlight.com, a nutrition and health fitness for men and women, created an article, P90X Review, which reviewed P90X and said this, “With a full workout plan, the money-back guarantee and a diet guide, P90X is one of the most comprehensive workout systems that we’ve seen offered“ (par. 1). This means that P90X is perfect for everyone.

Beachbody.com is the company that makes these workouts, supplements, and nutrition guides, and they are the ones to thank. If it wasn’t for this Web site, I wouldn’t be in the place I am today. I received a full paid college scholarship because the Army wanted someone that was not only smart, but physically fit too. So this is a thank you to beach body.com. Check them out. I DARE YOU!

You Have the Right to Vote!!!

We as American citizens are given the right to vote. It is announced in the Constitution of the United States of America. So what do our days of voting look like? Signs everywhere stating “Vote for…”, bumper stickers supporting a candidate’s name, and people on their way in the door to vote. Once you are in the room, and you walk up to the machine, you place your vote electronically, and then leave. You probably don’t think anything else about it. It goes smoothly. Watch the video below, and see if you still think it’s all smooth.

Video Courtesy of prov6yahoo via YouTube

Commercials have told us time and time again that our votes count. They tell us we are important. According to the video above, our votes do count, but are they counting in our favor or against us?
Some of the problems with these machines are that they are being manipulated by hackers. This problem is the company’s fault. They created this machine to conduct a very important task such as determining the United States President, and they aren’t making it secure enough to block hackers from breaking the system and changing votes.
There are other problems with these machines that aren’t being caused by hackers, but are the ballot machine company’s fault. According to The Sun Journal’s very own P. Christine Smith‘s article, Voter Reports Problem with Ballot Machine, there was an incident where a man chose to vote for all the republicans on the ballot and when he selected that option, the monitor displayed that he had selected all the candidates of the opposite party; he then tried again, asking for assistance on the third and fourth try, but every time, the vote was the same (par. 1-3). This means that the machine was changing his vote without his request. The machine was messing with his choices.
How many other votes were miscalculated? Did your vote count? Who is to blame?
I might not know the answer to the first two, but I do know who’s fault it was. It was the ballot machine company’s fault. They are not making machines that are reliable for the system they were so carefully created for. Did we choose our president, or did the machine?

Taste or Story!

We all know about the Pepsi Challenge. For those of you who don’t, the Pepsi Challenge was created by Pepsi, obviously, to prove to Coca-Cola that Pepsi products’ taste are preferred by American’s.
They conducted this experiment by un labeling two cups and filling one with Pepsi and one with Coke. Without telling the customer which drink is which, they asked the people testing the drinks to point out which drink was liked the most. The discovery came to announce that most, almost all, testers preferred Pepsi over Coca-Cola.

Of course, Coca-Cola was not going to stand for this embarrassment, so they decided to run an experiment of their own. They placed labeled drinks of Coca-Cola and Pepsi on the tables. Then, they asked which drink was preferred by the testers. To much surprise, the results were the exact opposite. When knowing what name of drink the testers had, they chose Coca-Cola.

Why is that?

A man who has been preaching for over thirty years, and teacher Abilene once taught a lesson, and talked about Coke. His name is Randy Harris. Randy Harris once brought to my attention that Coke has discovered the method to the madness. People don’t want just products, they want more. Coke sells you a product with a story. When you think of Coke, what color comes to mind? Bright Red correct? When you think of Coke and Bright Red, you think of Santa. Santa wins the hearts and minds of children, and research shows that once you have won a child’s heart, you have won them for life.

This is how great corporations are made to function. Coke is an establishment that grabs the hearts and minds of children. It is almost creepy to think that corporations can affect our emotions like that. Who would you choose in the Pepsi Challenge; the taste or the story? How affected are you?

Earthquake Reality

On my way to class this morning, I was listening to a discussion on the radio. It wasn’t my car, therefore I had no control over the radio, or else we would have been listening to music because those discussions are boring. But since I had no control, I decided to listen. The man that was talking on the radio mentioned that the earthquakes in Greenbrier, AR had come to a complete halt.

Before I go any further, let me give you one small step before this observation occurred.

Have any of you noticed the increase in gas prices? I’m sure you have. Our President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, decided that he wanted to stop all oil drills because he wanted to promote the buying of electronic cars. I personally think that electronic cars is a genius plan, but forcing people to buy them because you raise gas prices is not going to fix it.

The crazy catch is, that after he started this new plan, and all the oil drills stopped pumping oil out of the ground, the earthquakes stopped. Is that coincidence or is there a connection here?

Photo Courtesy of AJ Baxter via Flickr

Obviously oil rigs will claim that it is not, and others will claim that there is a connection. Scientifically, can it be proven? After some research, here is what I found.

According to Joe Lamb, a frequent writer for the Log Cabin Democrat, states in his article, Large Earthquakes Unlikely, Geologists Say, gives the times of the 6 earthquakes occurring in the area within a 12 day span from October 15 to October 26.
The Time and Magnitudes are as follows:

“1. Oct. 15; 1:55 a.m.; magnitude 2.6
2. Oct. 15; 1:53 p.m.; magnitude 3.0
3. Oct. 24; 4:10 a.m.; magnitude 2.6
4. Oct. 24; 4:24 a.m.; magnitude 2.5
5. Oct. 25; 9:54 p.m.; magnitude 2.9
6. Oct. 26; 7:47 a.m.; magnitude 2.5” (in the picture)
Even though this article is more focused on the sizes of the earthquakes to come, Lamb also states that,

“Those who believe there is a connection often cite the gas recovery process known as ‘fracking,’ in which a liquid is injected into a bore hole at high pressure to break up rock layers, thereby giving trapped natural gas an avenue to escape…the drilling and ‘fracking’ occurs at a shallower depth than the geologic structures thought to be causing the earthquakes.” (par. 9)This means that there is a possibility that the drills could be causing these earthquakes, but not anything big because they aren’t stationed far enough into the earth to move the tectonic plates to a significant amount.

In contrast to this theory, a blog post entitled Scientist Blames Arkansas Earthquakes on Drilling, TXsharon, states that a man named Haydar Al-Shukri, the director of the Arkansas Earthquake Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, thinks that the earthquakes are brought to life because the earthquakes are extremely inconsistent time wise (par. 3). TXsharon then states that “earthquakes caused by a fault would cause more ‘constant activity’.”(par. 3) He is directly relating the earthquakes to the drilling based on the evidence that the new earthquakes on the fault line that are occurring are not occurring regularly.

Haydar Al-Shukri also said that the problem with ‘fracking’ is that when you are drilling, you are “injecting the holes with fluid create pressure underground and cause shifting of tectonic plates” (TXsharon par.4)”.

I think that scientifically, these quakes have been proven to be slightly caused by the drilling. Yes, the drilling is only causing small quakes to occur because they are not planted extremely deep into the ground, but they are still causing earthquakes. Could they be slowly building up to make one huge earthquake? Has the earthquake already occurred?

Japan was just recently hit with a tsunami. This tsunami was created by an earthquake.

What does this have to do with Americans? There are two point. Possibly causing these earthquakes leads to another reason for the president to stop the drilling of oil. Like I mentioned earlier, this will raise gas prices. That is self explanatory on how that affects Americans. The other point is that if it was the cause of the Japan tsunami than it was also the cause of the tsunami that hit Hawaii. My sister is in the Army, and she is stationed in Hawaii with other soldiers that have families from around the nation. This can affect the emotions of families around the country.

If I was a oil drilling company, I would sure hate to find out that I was the cause of all those lives and homes destroyed.

McDonald's Sneaky Profits

We all know that McDonald’s food is not healthy for us. I guess that was a given, and for those of you who disagree, Morgan Spurlock, the man from Super Size Me, proved this to be true through his own 30 day McDonald’s diet. Here’s something you might not know. Did you know that McDonald’s is making almost 300% profit off of what they sell you.
That’s right, THREE HUNDRED PERCENT! I did the actual experiment myself. First, I went to the McDonald’s in Conway, Arkansas. I bought a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. Once I received this meal, I immediately ripped the burger apart and took note of every single ingredient in it. There are two buns, one quarter pound of beef patty, one slice of cheese, onions, ketchup, mustard, and two pickles. I then ate the burger, of course. I wasn’t going to buy it for $6.69 and not eat it. But after I ate it, I went to Walmart and looked at the prices of all the ingredients for the Quarter Pounder, the large French Fries, and the large Coca-Cola. I then jotted down all of the ingredients’ prices and calculated how much it would cost me to make just one sandwich of my own.
If I were to buy the ingredients separately at Walmart than buying it at McDonald’s, I would save around $4.16 a meal. The burger itself would only cost me $1.10, while at McDonald’s it is $4.09. The burger alone makes a profit of $2.99.

Phot Courtesy of Joshua Dabney

This is extremely upsetting to me. Not only does McDonald’s sell you food that can possibly kill you, if you consume too much of it, but they are making a “KILLING” off of it as well. They promote how their food is so cheap and filling, but why don’t they change they way that their food affects the body. Why can’t they change the ingredients. Change the bread to wheat bread, and cook the meat with less grease.
In Miriam Marcus’s article, Gotta Love McDonald’s Profits, he says that McDonald’s is making around 1.2 billion dollars quarterly in profits (par. 3). With all this extra money they have, they could change their ingredients, and not even feel a pinch of money being taken from their wallets. I guess they are so greedy that they just want it all.
Why do we allow corporations to do this? We need to stand against these things. McDonald’s is attracting children all around the world to eat at their restaurants, and they are polluting their bodies while stealing our money. Something needs to be done.

Nike...Just Do It, You Don't Have a Choice!

This video was posted on YouTube by jaezuz.

All corporations have one goal. Their goal is to make a profit. They want to make as much of a profit as they can. This is totally fine because without making a profit, they would not be able to continue on with business. The question that we need to be asking ourselves is, To what extent is making a profit not worth it?
Corporations such as Nike, will push the boundaries of this question to the max. Did you know that Nike doesn't have a single factory in the United States of America? Do you know why?
Nike doesn't have factories in the United States of America because Americans, according to Nike, get paid to well. Those amazing shoes that you can buy from Nike, you know the ones, the "Nike Air Jordan's", the "Nike Kobe Zoom V", and the "Nike Free Runners". All of these shoes cost around $100 to purchase in America. Do you know how much these shoes cost to make? It cost about $5 to make them.
If you are a worker for the headquarters of Nike, you are thinking that's amazing. You're thinking, we are making a profit of around $95 per pair of shoes! The problem is, the people who are making these shoes, the real workers, are getting nothing. In the video shown above, they are working 12 hour days and making $1.60 a day. In the video below, you will see how these workers live and are treated.

This video was posted on YouTube by luvbug7531

Doesn't this just eat your stomach? I know that it makes me disgusted with Nike. I own a few pairs of gym shorts by Nike, and the only pair of tennis shoes I own are Nike. After watching these videos along with another titled The Corporation, I have been bitter to all other Nike products. I was unable to find live footage of these so called Nike "sweatshops". The movie called The Corporation, has actual video of men, women, and even children working as fast as they can to be paid the very little amounts that they do. The amounts that they receive are not even able to pay for their every day needs of food, utilities, medical attention, and water.
This is not right. Who gave Nike the authority to treat its employees like slaves? I don't even have to ask if this is pushing past the limit of making a profit for corporations. Nike is a billion dollar company that cant even pay their workers a fair wage.
When is enough, enough? When do we put a stop to it? When does Nike get punished for this?
Nike didn't even thinkabout fixing their problem until they were physically accused of it. In Tim Connor's book, Still Waiting for Nike to Do It, he adresses the problem, leaving Nike no choice but to respond and have to do something about the problem. In the article linked above, you can see that Nike made some promises to change. This shows that they knew they were wrong, and said they would fix all of these things, but has Nike fixed them yet? I don't think so.
Nike is still making huge profits off of its products. How does this affect the American life you ask. When Nike chooses to not make factories in America because they would lose money, that means that there are less jobs for Americans to work for. The more Americans without jobs, the more welfare there is, the more taxes the employed Americans pay. How does this affect me if I am a student? This may not affect your financial side of things at the moment like others, but this should affect your emotional side. You all know that the actions being  executed by Nike are wrong!
        Nike's role affects us all.

This video was posted on YouTube by K21desmog.

Finally, someone with a healthy economic purpose! Ray Anderson is the CEO of Interface. Interface is the worlds largest commercial carpet manufacturer. Mr. Anderson feels as though corporations should all feel the need to think about the environment first, and think about plundering second.
Plundering is the stealing of valuable objects from people. In many ways, I feel as though corporations are plunderers. They will do whatever it takes to earn money, but what are they really doing? Are they earning it or stealing it? In the case of PG&E, that corporation was stealing valuable things from people. No, PG&E wasn’t plundering money, but they were doing much worse. They were plundering the lives out of the residence in that area. In the article, PG&E and Erin Brockovich Battle Continues, written by Kettleman HIlls, the author goes into detail about the case, but also talkes about how the lives of innocent children were taken. This is exactly what PG&E did. They stole the lives of children.

Everyone who is in control of a corporation, needs to have the same mindset as Ray Anderson. They need to ask themselves one question. What is our company doing to the environment? If everyone asked this question, than there would be no problems with corporations.
We had a discussion in class today based on the following topic. The Bible says that God gave man the power to have dominion over the earth. Do you think that corporations are taking advantage of this?
For most, I believe they are. Just because God gave us power over the earth does not mean that we are allowed to destroy it as we please. When you steal from others, you are destroying them. I believe the old saying is “with great power comes great responsibility”. If this is the case, than corporations need to be more responsible for their actions and focus on the interest of their customers and not the interest of their pockets. I believe that God gave man domain over the earth because man could reason, man could love, and man could care.

If corporations are not putting reason, love or care into their work, they should not be a corporation with power. Love is a compasion for others and a since of "I'm going to try and make you happy and keep you safe". That is love's mantality.
Once again, it all relies upon the leaders and people in the corporations. If we all thought like Ray Anderson, than we would all be on the right track towards saving this world. This affects our lives and the animals around us in ways that we couldn't even imagine. Just by the smoke in this picture below, corporations pollute the air. The smoke then destroys the ozone layer, allowing harsher sun rays into the Earth's atmosphere. This can cause skin cancer.

Photo courtesy of Pepeketua via Flickr
Corporations pollute, destroy, and steal. Corruption is almost every where. Men like Ray Anderson bring hope that this world could one day be clean again, with lives and money saved.

This trailer was posted on YouTube by BomChickaWummWumm. The original film was stared by Julia Roberts, Ablert Finney and David Brisbin. It was directed by Steven Soderbergh and writen by Susannah Grant.

As we watched this film in class, I had a hard time grasping the fact that this film is based on a true story. Erin Brockovich is a real woman who had her hard times in life, but found a way to manage family and a brand new career that would bring her to the top.
It all started with her curiosity of wondering why there were medical bills in a real estate case. This lead to her intense investigation. She then found that the company PG&E was paying for the home owners medical bills, but why? Every home owner in that area was sick. There were 634 cases of sick individuals all in that area. None of the residence would have suspected that the kind people that were paying for their medical visits were actually doing the harm to them. PG&E told the residence of that area that their water was not harmful at all, in fact, they explained that their water was healthier than regular water. The chemical put in the water had vitamins, but the chemical they said was in the water was not that exact chemical. This makes me come back to the question why are they paying for these doctor bills?
You see, there is a time period where if a company warns you about the problem and no one takes legal action within a year, than nothing can be done against the company about the problem. So, PG&E decided to pay for these patients’ doctors to lie to them, and PG&E was also trying to buy their houses to make them leave and not suspect them of doing things that were illegal.
Oh yea, I forgot to mention that the victims of this awful thing were not just adults, but little girls and boys who just wanted to swim in a pool. You wouldn't get sick from only drinking the water, but from swimming in it and from bathing in it.
This is revolting! How can a company be so spineless? Do you really want to save your own skin that much that children are getting cancer and dying from these diseases you are causing? All you had to do was admit your wrongs and tell everyone the truth about the water. What is so hard about that? Yes, you lose millions of dollars, but you are a billion dollar company that can afford that. Are you that selfish?
Another example of this is the tobacco companies. They create these products called cigarettes. Cigarrets contain over 50 carcinogens. Chemicals such as tar are placed in these tobacco death traps. The sad part is that these cigarrette companies place nicotine in their products to specifically get their consumers addicted. Yes, they are open about the fact that their product cause several types of cancer, but they are placing these chemicals in there to get their customers "hooked". Are they really that uncaring and selfish to want to make a profit and act like the lives of the people using their product don't even matter?
I have a friend who's parents smoked, and since they both did, she started too. Twenty years down the road, her father dies from lung cancer. As if that is bad enough, she tried to stop smoking after this event, but she couldn't. She is now spending over $35 a week on her own personal death chair we call cigarettes. In the article Court Finds Tobacco Comapny Responsible in Smoker Death, by Associated Press, they say that the lawers closing statement of the law suit was "Stuart Hess smoked heavily for 40 years and tried numerous times to quit, even trying hypnosis at one point. But they said the nicotine was too powerful, forcing Hess to continue smoking even as he was undergoing chemotherapy before he died in 1997 at age 55" (par. 7). This means the man died from cigarrets, and the court found the tobacco company legally responsibel, but did the cigarret companies stop selling their product? Obviously not because this happened in 1997, and my friend is still buying them.
I can’t stand the thought of companies. Corporations are made up of people, and the people are making these decisions. So I am not only disgusted with our corporations in America, but I’m disgusted with the people running them.
These victims could have been you or me, and even worse, our kids, our brothers, our sisters, our mothers, our fathers, our families and closest friends could have been exposed to something like this, and it scares me. How do we know that we're not being exposed to it right now?
We don't have a choice but to be surrounded by corporations. They are everywhere and affect us in everything we do. When we put our lives in the hands of a corporation, we are playing with fire at that point. So the real question is, "Are we really safe in anything we do?"

What is a corporation?

This film was posted by Machbar on YouTube. The producer and co-director of the original film is Mark Achbar along with Jennifer Abbott and Joel Bakan.

Ira Jackson, the Director and Center of Business and Government, talks about an eagle in this film. He compares the meaning of corporation to him with an eagle. He says, "the eagle: soaring; clear eyed; competitive; prepared to strike, but not a vulture; noble; a visionary, majestic that people can believe in, and be inspired by that creates such a lift that it soars." This was an inspiring quote. This was very convincing to me. This made me feel like I wanted to work for a corporation because they stood for power and morals, but right when he had me hooked, he flipped the script on me.
Within 10 seconds, and yes I counted, he states, "Okay guys, enough bull shit." So which part is the "bull shit"? The fact that they are prepared to strike, but not vultures, or the fact that they are noble? This proved my point on corporations being cut throat companies who want to be treated like humans, but don't treat humans the same way. They will tell you anything you want to hear for a dollar bill.
I don't think that we need experts to tells us that people have one thing in mind whenever they do anything. Everyone has "numero uno" in mind when they take action. It is habit. Your number one is yourself. Corporations are doing the same thing. They see the whole picture and think about others, but their real concern is "how is this going to benefit me?" We can't help but live this way. It is instinct, survival of the fittest to think about ourselves and our needs, but what corporations need to realize is that what they do, affects everything and everyone.
On the other hand, there was another man, Robert Keys, the President, CEO' and Canadian Council for International Business, who truly seemed sincere in his definition of  the corporation. He in fact stated that he doesn't like the word corporation. He says that he never uses that word.  He is concerned that people only think about the agenda of corporations because that makes them impersonal. When the agenda is strictly business, there is no thought of real life, just money. He uses business, company, or business community because the word community sounds pleasant and "homey", more down to earth.
Due to this information obtained from this video, I have come up with the conclusion of corporations are what you make of them. Corporations are based on the people in charge of the madness, and the people are responsible for the morals and power of the corporation. A corporation is a tool of power, success, money, poise, failure, adversity, courage, and truth. Behind the scenes is where it matters.
That is the scary part. Have you ever heard the saying "What you don't see won't hurt you."? In this case, what you don't see, could make or break you. Too bad we may never know what goes on behind closed doors of some corporations.

Is it really worth it?

This video was posted by ForwardMedia on YouTube. The complete film was written, directed, and stared by Margan Spurlock.

Although we love fast food, and we assume that they are unhealthy for our bodies, we may not know the health problems it may cause to its full extent. A man named Morgan Spurlock puts his body to the test and strives to eat a strict diet of only McDonald’s food for an entire month. In the movie Super Size Me, he visit’s the doctor regularly and eats the fast food we all know and love ritually. Through the video above, you will see that his health was in danger, and he almost had to stop his horrible diet early. The doctors were concerned that if he was to keep with his diet, that the consequences could be permanent if not lethal.
How scary is this? I know that it seems to be a bit over the top and dramatic. You're probably thinking, no one eats McDonalds three times a day. Actually, there are. People such as construction workers, and other individuals who work all day with short food breaks eat these meals at least twice a day. When I worked at a grocery store, I ate McDonalds at least twice a day because it was fast and convenient.
This corporation that we think of as one of the world's most known fast food restaurants could/can be lethal to our bodies. McDonalds is a powerful company that controls what they are putting in the food they sell, and they chose this. Why does the food have to be so unhealthy? Why can’t they give us better food? Is it because it saves them money and cost us more?
According to Mark Bittman's post, How to Make Oatmeal...Wrong, McDonalds had their chance to create and sell healthy food, but instead of keeping it simple and healthy, they made it worse. To clarify who Mark Bittman is, he is a writer of food for the New York Times for the past 13 years.  They had a chance to sell oatmeal as a product at McDonalds. Maybe you have heard of it? They called it their "bowl full of wholesome". But they ended up making it a bowl of crap. According to Mr. Bittman's post stated above, this oatmeal dish "contains more sugar than a Snickers bar and only 10 fewer calories than a McDonald's cheeseburger of Egg McMuffin."(par. 10) We are talking about oatmeal here. How can oatmeal, usually consisting  of whole grain oats and water, be less healthier than Snickers and a cheeseburgers? McDonalds added other ingredients to make it taste better so people would buy it and think they were eating healthy. People are getting tricked by corporations such as McDonalds all the time in these ways.
My girlfriend loves to eat at McDonalds. We are from a small town, so that is the only place to eat at. It seems as though McDonalds is the place to be. So, of course, me being a good boyfriend, I take her out to eat. I'm hungry as well, so I eat some food too. I chose the grilled chicken to eat every time. We ate there for a maximum of 7 times over Christmas break (estimated around 20 day school break), and when I returned back to my school workouts, my timed 2 mile run for the Army especially, was increased by an entire 60 seconds. I was out of breath, and in pain from all the bad food that was in my system. I gained 2 percent more body fat and around 10 lbs. That's a half a pound a day! McDonalds has ways to fix their problems of unhealthy foods, but they choose not to. Why? All to make it taste better so the customer comes back. All to make another buck.
Sadly, I think that every corporation is corrupted in some way, shape, or form, and it is my goal this semester to prove my theory wrong. I don’t want to live in a country that lies to us just so it can get richer. I want a country that cares for my well being.
The scariest part is that we are the ones funding the madness.
